I love love love my duet, but if you need something to go in and out of cars easily and to fit in a small trunk I would not recommend it. _________________ Smile there, aint you glad your living:)

The montain buggy has air wheels so it's easier to push, if you live somewhere with hill, then it would be a good choice. The citi mini has small wheels so it doesn't push as well and its also very easy to fold.
I have the mountain buggy and I'm very happy with it.

| I looked into many double strollers last year. I wanted something easy to push but more importantly something that was easy to fold and keep in the car. I ended up going with the city mini because it was more than 10 pounds lighter. It is a cinch to fold up. It actually pushes very nicely. The one con that I found was when the baby is newborn, the straps are big and the baby slides down. I would put it some padding so she wouldn't slip. Other than that I really love it.

| I'm also pregnant with my second, and I also need a double that will fit easily into the trunk of my car, and fold easily (not van), I'm not living in ny where we walk everywhere, I live in toronto where we drive everywhere. I I am almost positive I will be going with the city mini (smallest, easiest fold, and lightest for its strong frame). now my question is should I pay the extra 100 dollars and get the GT version (has better wheels, and adjustable handlebar, and best of all a more firm seat)... anyone have any experience with comparing the 2 city mini versions... (even in single)??

I almost got the gt but decided on the regular city mini in the end because it's lighter - and thats very important to me _________________

I got the city mini when my baby was 6 months old. She is very small and skinny, the straps would not adjust to small enough size to accommodate her. I would not use it for a newborn without buying the carseat attachment.
I don't love the citi mini at all, It doesn’t always fold correctly the first time. It isn't all that light, the basket is unusable, and the fabric rips easily. I also hate that it is expensive as has no features, and I hate that the kids are always slouching in there.

Another option would be the britax b-agile double. It is a drop lighter than the city mini, has much firmer seats, access to basket, better quality all around. And the fold is just the same. According to babygizmo the britax b agile series is better than the city mini series. _________________ "But it's no use going back to yesterday, I was a different person then"- Alice in Wonderland
