I think it's the right thing to do but knowing my habits I probably won't be complying 100%. I just need certain things handy while I'm driving. I definitely will make more of an effort not to have extra junk flying around, and to put things in the trunk when possible instead of just leaving items in the car out of convenience. But my drinks will stay in the cupholder and probably a snack too...

im not sure. what about long car rides? does that mean no baby bottles, coffee, snacks, cd's, cell phones?

that would make life kinda miserable. I can make the effort to put large items in the trunk but this seems to have happened from a very small and seemingly innocent object.
