I'm so happy I finally found a place that is actually giving the clothes to Aniyim, and not selling it per pound for profit towards Tzedakah

I have to say I have gotten lots of clothing from NY here in my local gemach and I appreciate it immensely. My last baby was outfitted beautifully in carter's baby gap, oldnavy, etc. for a few shekels an item. I even once bought a cute children's place jacket that already had our last name in it  . Thank you to everyone who donates clothing this way.

What is the organization? What are their boundaries -- where in NY can they pick up?
I just moved and have pleeenttyyyy of stuff to give away!

Thanks for letting us know Inspired! I always have such a hard time finding a way for the clothes to EY.
I have 3 huge garbage bags full of great woman's clothes, some still with the tags on.
So far, they haven't picked up the bags.  I am still waiting. Unfortunately I don't have a way to get them to the truck myself.
crl, I don't know the name of the organization. I saw their truck on 13th Avenue yesterday and asked the guy where the clothes go to. Call the number I posted.
runninglate, they said they will come to you for free, and that you pay per bag. I say sure, but so far, they keep saying they will come, but have not.

They were parked on 44th and 13th yesterday, in front of the Children's Place IIRC.

Thw shul here collects clothing to send to Israel. They dont charge us to give, but ask for donations as it cost $10 (probably more now) per box they ship.
