Do you also have narrow heels? What do you wear?

Hi. I have narrow heels. As an adult, I find I have to buy shoes that are too small, so by the time they settle and stretch, they fit me rather than move up to a size larger than mine.
This is my latest approach. Otherwise, for years I've been getting shoes that fit at the beginning, and then are too large once I break them in.
What brands, makes, or stores do you find work for you?
p.s. my arches touch the floor rather than arch, I.e. majorly flat-footed, so I need very supportive shoes and try not to bring attention to the floppy-ankle area.
Also looking for my preschooler-with-narrow-heels.

Sorry I can't help much but I have narrow heels and wide feet in the front - like a duck! Aaahhh! Anything with an ankle strap works a bit better....or boring flats that are't cut too low around the foot or laceup shoes.

What about those shoes with a thick strap around the actual leg. I've seen sandals and shoes like that. They are in style.

I just bought tevas with that strap around the ankle. No slip sliding ankle and each strap is velcro, so can be adjusted in three places. And these ones have a heal and great arch support. .

I also have a narrow heel and I find what works for me is shoes like ballerina flats that have an elastic in the back.

I'd love wrap-around-the-legs, but for tzniut, I'm trying to stay away from anything alluring or artsy like me Smile

Ballerina flats with elasticized backs: have you seen any that are still strong shoes for flat-footers like me?
