Need a Dedication peom/writing

I'm made one of those online recipe books, with all my mothers recipes, And would like to put in a dedication page in the front, but I'm not very good at writing and dont know what to write,

Can anyone help me out?

what's your relationship with your mom like, did she teach you those recipes, like did you do them together? also what do you call your mother, and what's her name... im only asking so I can better write you a dedication

Yes we share those recipes all the time.

I mean do you call her ima, mom, mother, mama--- etc.
