| I made a salad with romaine lettuce, pomegranate and asian pear, dressed with just some olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Yum and so pretty.

That sounds lovely! We do something similar, but with more basic ingredients. Lettuce, apple, nuts, and then sweet red wine for the dressing.
