Looking for plain (t-shirt fabric) skirt size 2T-3T

I need skirts for my little one. I found for my older DD in Fashion Wholesalers, but they did not have the size 3s. They have matching tops and I'm looking for bottoms.
I need navy & black, prefferably straightish (the shirts are long, tunic types), weekday skirts in a size 3T (2T if they run long). And I really don't want to spend too much (the ones I got for DD#1 were about $15- and that's the high end of what I want to spend)
Any ideas?

ETA just called there. I'm in lakewood, the brooklyn store carries skirts but not the lakewood one.

I was going to post about Decent Exposures, but their skirts are more than you want to spend. They make everything to order, so it takes three weeks or so to get the items. A skirt as you describe would be $28 including shipping. The items are made in the US and you can give them custom measurements, so you can get the skirts made to the exact length you need. I find them to be of a very high quality. Again, it is way more than you wanted to spend, but I'm posting it in case you get desperate.

check out doubleheaderusa.com they have those cotton skirts and they r $10 the ship anywhere in the usa

ended up getting black at basic colors (at the capital) for $10 and navy at hoisery plus (james st) for $20 (not thrilled about the price, but I was getting desperate.

I did look at double header online & I don't remember why I didn't order. Maybe they didn't have the size I needed or the shipping was alot?
