I used Sprint celular for many years and Im out of contract, a long time.
When I called Sprint to say I want to cancel to change to a different provider, Sprint tells me theyre charging me for a FULL month, because Im ONE day into the new bill cycle!
That doesnt seem fair. Theres got to be somewhere to call to complain without being on hold for a long time...

Nope, it's pretty much impossible.
I had a huge issue with sprint, spent hours and hours on the phone (over a full month) and got absolutely nowhere. I emailed, I sent snail-mail to the address on their website. I called the supposed "expedited" numbers they gave me, I went to more than one store. I never got anywhere.
