Dishwasher question

One of my kids must have accidently put the dishwasher on, I stopped it mid cycle, this was yesterday and as I was loading it up now, I noticed it never drained, can I put it on now, start from beginning of a cylce? or do I somehow need to drain it?

thanks for the advise, I would call someone, but its too late now, and I really wanted clean dishes for kids breakfast tomm.

Is the knob still set at mid cycle? If it works anything like my washing machine, just turn it back on where it's up to. Then when it's done, start a new cycle again to clean the current dishes.

I was thinking of doing that earlier, then I realized I must have set it back to normal load, when I opened up the door. so still not sure, should I restart, or maybe do rinse..

thsnks ra_mom, did waht u suggested and all woked out well, bH

chocolate moose, it happens to be that the dishawsher in question has knobs, I redid my kitchen a few years ago and put in 2 dishwashers, I needed a specific size which only came with knobs, so ra_mom was right abt the knobs.
