Help gained a pound

I just joined this program last week trying to lose some weight. Every week you get weighed, and today was the day, and I gained a pound, help!!!! so upset Crying or Very sad

, anyone have any suggestions how to lose weight while nursing.[/img][/code]

If you're following a program and you just maintain instead of putting on, its a good thing.

Don't DIET when you're nursing.
