I got lucky with cwdkids.com last year for Pesach.
EDIT: I forgot, but got their catalog today. TeaCollection.com makes beautiful clothes (and a beautiful catalog) that hold up really well. Their cottons for example, are really durable and the colors don't wash out -- unlike Old Navy who uses a much thinner cotton that isn't really going to make it through more than one kid.
(I love Old Navy for weekeday, but haven't ever found anything there I would put my kid in for Shabbos.)
