Hi, I need help planning my Purim Seudah menu. Doesn't need to be too fancy because I am hosting a bunch of teenagers, DHs talmidim.
If anyone could please post their menus, I would really appreciate it, TIA

Beef strip stir fry -

I put the beef strips in the wok on top of a little oil, and toss a bit and add soy honey and garlic powder, then toss around till 3/4 cooked.

Then I add stripped carrots, red and green pepper, baby corn, snowpeas and stripped bok choi

Keep tossing till vegies are semi soft, you dont want them to become mush and serve - I make this right before serving otherwise vegies can get limp, it doesn't take long to cook and it is absolutely heavenly!!

I have my husband's DRUNK talmidim over and I find they only eat what they can with their hands. So I try to do finger foods. Not sure what yet but I found soups and salads never went.
Some ideas...

franks in blanks
knishes (can do potato/meat)
fire poppers
corned beef
mini shnitzels
everything I do in miniatures-
Ex. apple kugel will do in cupcake holders
pastrami cupcakes
carrot muffins
doughless potato knish in muffin tins
salt and pepper kugel in muffin tins
also I only put a little out on the table and as I need more I refill. Nothing that is on the table can come back into the kitchen!

Happy Purim!

A tip from a friend who deals with this: If you have two bathrooms, lock one from the outside and hide the key, so the non-drunk have wheer to go. It really works. They seem to be too drunk to realize that it is too permanently occupied...

I have kreplach in the freezer, but really don't want to serve soup. We'll what will be. Otherwise, it's a small seudah. So far just DH, me and my 21 month old. It will be mostly things from my freezer - but good thiiingIt's also erev Shabbos here, and DH needs to leave the house after the seudah at around 10:30...
We will have good salmon, a few kinds of salads and dips, meat roast in gravy, noodles and cabbage, ice cram roll for dessert. I guess some soup - maybe Shabbos soup for the kreplach.
