Can anyone please give me an exact recipe? I really don't like olives so I can't make it by taste, but I need to make a fairly nice amount for something.
Thanks!

This is what I do - I'll try to be as exact as possible.
1 can drained olives
2-3 cloves garlic (depending on the size)
1/4 hot pepper (red or green)
3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
Blend up in food processor until basically a mush. _________________ For every minute of anger, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.

| Thans. Can I leave out the hot pepper? Never really used it.

| I'm sure you can make it without the hot pepper - I just find that it adds a fantastic kick. I would substitute a splash of hot sauce or some hot pepper flakes or even a little hot paprika. If you don't want any of that, maybe add a 1/4 of a small onion instead.

Is there any way to substitute mayonnaise or is there a lower fat alternative? I love olive dip and can easily finish a whole bowl, but the calories are kind of insane.

| I am also not a big fan of mayo so I make olive dip with tomato paste instead. It is pretty popular. I even sent it one year as part of my Mishloach Manos and got a lot of compliments.
