| you have a mezonos but not a shehakol. none of the items you listed are a krzayis. and a tea bag isn't ready to eat.

| If I'm not mistaken, you need two ready-to-eat things. Some people might sit down and eat a lemon, but not many. I think it needs some tweaking. Maybe iced tea bottles?

The two brochos thing is a fallacy, but I agree about the rest. Only the biscuits probably count as SM. Nothing else has chashivus I would think. And I learned iced tea wouldn't either since it is mostly water.
Also, maybe I'm being rude, but I think this enters the "pathetic theme" category. Really, what would anyone do with such a SM? Who wants it? _________________ "The problem begins with... their political hangers oners... such as Anat Hoffman. She is a davener like I am a chinese belly dancer." (FS)

a closed packet of teabags would be useful. Cookies my kids would eat.
You could include some milk, cucumber sandwiches, scones, - all typical teatime food.

tea is less that $4 and those biscuits are dollar biscuts. it should be a lot less than $5. a think a pkge of tea is vry nice, but the lemon and sugar thing isn't gloing to get used.

Um, people drink tea and eat tea biscuits, last I checked.
OP, I think this is nice - but yeah, you do need to either put in another complete food, or give a bigger package to at least one person.
ETA: if you want to play with the afternoon tea theme, check out http://britishfood.about.com/od/introtobritishfood/tp/afternoontearecipes.htm

| You can add a can of Nestea or a whitebread cream cheese sandwich without crusts, cut into triangles.
