I took 2 rolls of fish, semi defrosted, smushed it, put in matzo meal, 1 cup sugar and a load of dill, salt and pepper..then I rolled it into balls and boiled for about an hour and a half..I served it with cocktail sauce on the side (I took a tea cup, put it in the middle of the platter, put balls around the cup, and then put the cocktail sauce inside the cup)
It was a great change from the norm and usually I throw out half a roll of fish, there was NO leftovers!

| its a horseradish/ketchupy sauce available in your local grocery in the fish section or the kosher store in the sauce aisle...
