Help! Lost my Binah - need 2 recipes asap!

Hi, I had my Sukkos Binah on my dresser all week and folded 2 pages of recipes I wanted to make, and now I can't find my Binah anywhere!

Would anyone be able to give me these 2 recipes:

The cake with the caramel chocolate chips, It's on a page on the left-hand side with an ad for these Baker's Choice caramel chocolate chips.

and

The Warm Eggplant Salad in the recipe section of this issue.

Warm Eggplant Salad

1 onion, diced
1 crushed garlic clove
1 medium eggplant, unpeeled and diced
1 red pepper
1 4oz can of mushrooms with liquid
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1.5 T vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon chopped basil
oil for saut�ing
salt and pepper to taste

saut� onion and garlic. add eggplant and red pepper and cook until soft, stirring occasionally. add mushrooms with liquid and tomato sauce and mix well. add rest of the ingredients and simmer until done.

hi!
was wondering if anyone had the recipe that was in the Binah awhile ago - (Nov. 16?) for a chocolate mirror glaze. Anyone try it? If not, any good mirror glaze recipes out there? Thanks!
