Crown Heights Questions

Hi, I need to get two things to bring to my future sister-in-law's wedding in another country:

1. One of those headbands that keep your wig in place
2. Black pantyliners

I've gotten those things for myself online in the past, but I don't have time to have them shipped....my flight is Sunday early morning and I have a pretty busy week ahead of me, so I don't think I can make it to Flatbush or Borough Park unless I absolutely must.

Any ideas?? Thanks!

I went there on Friday and couldn't find the black pads....do you have to ask behind the counter? For both?

never bought a shaitel band I just assumed they would have it because they stock shaitel combs and clips.
I've found the black pantyliners on the shelf right next to the regular pads. Never had to ask for them :S

Like all the way in the back to the left? Just wondering if I should look harder for them....do you remember what brand they are?

The black pads are with the regular pads, they come in a purple box and the brand is something like Berry, I think.
You can find the shaitel band thing right across the street from Crown Cosmetics in the hosiery store.

Thanks a lot!! Yes, I have Berry brand, which I ordered online from I think mikvah.org. And they have their address as someplace in Crown Heights on Kingston Ave. So if anyone knows anything about that (in case Crown Cosmetics is indeed out) I'd appreciate the info.

black pantyliners you can get at the taharas hamishpacha office on kingston. they're open only at certain times, but they definitely sell them there- Berry's brand.

Oh just saw ur reply- I dont remember the exact number, but the office is on kingston, around union st, on the 770 side of kingston. there should be a sign on the door- its one of those doors that you probably have walked past a million times without realizing that it's there....
