if we knew a bit more abt what will be in the shaloch manot, ... fortune cookies? rice? deep fried food?

and what kind of neighborhood u live in, it would help a lot....(my neighboorhood, my main q is would they get references to karate kid, kung fu panda, etc

The green tea that I am using is the ready made variety - Arizona Green Tea

fortune cookies
chopsticks
duck sauce
soy sauce
green tea

year of the dragon
was celebrated in manhattan
just after the year of twenty twelve
but by our count it's five seven seven two
so into this let us delve

chinese celebrate from the start of the yellow king
twenty twelve years since a cobbler's son lost his will to cling
to our tradition over five thousand years strong
but you see, today it is purim, the day of v'nehafochu
a day we celebrates all the rights that were once wrong

so dear friends, we present to you mishloach manot on this very special date
cookies to remind that our fortunes are ours to create
duck sauce to remind us to drop to the ground to avoid outside attacks
chopsticks so that we might remember to build ourselves back up again
green tea to help us, once the long day is done, to sit back and relax

and last but not the least, some sauce going by the name soy
to remind us, that today of days is a day to celebrate joy
a day when we put aside decorum
get dressed up, masking ourselves, and enjoying a shtichkelea to drink
but mostly we give our gifts, and so we just want to wish you and yours, to have a very happy purim
