I bought wonton wrappers and was wondering if they could be filled and baked instead of frying...
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

you can definitely fill & boil (or steam), not sure about baking. _________________

You can bake them after brushing/spraying well with oil.
Not as good as fried, but if you season the filling very well it can be good. _________________ Really Awesome Mom!

Yes, not as good but doable. I do this all the time now with eggrolls. I spray with pam and bake at a high temperature.

Any good filling suggestions? | You can use the KBD wonton filling, and then use the dipping sauce for the wontons as well.

Whatever filling you are putting in, make sure to marinate the chicken for a day in advance to make sure the flavor pops.
