| a cousin gave us a cute paper firetruck box. Inside: Small water, red hots, spicy potato chips and maybe one or two other things. Cute and not too expensive or time consuming.

They don't HAVE to match. DS#1 (6 by Purim) is also doing the fireman thing; DS#2 decided he wants to use the already existing Superman costume. DS#3 will use the pre-existing elephant costume. Mishloach manot will be whatever I can figure out between now and then. _________________ Emmanuel Tzvi: 26 Shevat 5766

Or a fire hydrant.
Seriously, why must they be a matching set? Let her pick what she wants to be too.

again, they dont HAVE to but they are young enough that I can still do it, and also, as I said, its my only creative outlet......shes only 2, so I can still just get her a costume and she will wear it

just checked out your link- VERY cute, but way too expensive when you are doing 40 mishloach manos.....
I did find cute boxes that are $1 each, so at least that expense is being kept to a minimum....
id like to cook/bake something rather than give candy or chips...anyone have any ideas what I can make?
I was thinking of either dalmation or fire hydrant or fire truck cookies or chocolate molds, but I dont know where to look for molds and specific cutters....

ebay has the cookie cutters you're looking for.
you can drizzle red sugar crystals on the cookies.
cover small grape juice in red and make it look like an extinguisher.

my kids were firemen/ladies one year and my baby was a dalmatian.
I gave out red hots, a bottle of water, cookies in the shape of fire engines,
chocolate lollies in the shape of fire hydrants and chocolate dalmatian dogs
and chocolate fireman hats. I put it into a cellophane bag that had paw prints on it.
