I love my job - it is a very flexible work at home job which I could fit in around my kids. I work for a very small frum non-profit organization. All their income is from fundraising. This is a side project for my boss- I do not think he makes money from it but volunteers. He has a full time job in addition to the project so does not have much time to fundraise and work on this project. I do most of the time consuming work for the organization. The problem is that since he is relying on community help and doe snot have much time for fundraising he does not have money to pay me. So far I have always been paid eventually -sometimes a few months later. My husband has a part time job and we are struggling financially.

Is it worth it to keep a job I like even if I get paid very late?

I am not sure if I could find another opportunity like this which is so flexible and a WAH job. I could not see myself keeping a job out of the house and more hours at this point of my life. I also think I am getting good experience, on the job training and keeping up to date on technology which could be useful in the future.

If you can find another similar thing that pays on time then switch. Otherwise, this seems like the best you can get given the pros.
