I wasn't sure where to post this. I needed the privacy and anonymity.
The gematria of my name is 613 (the whole torah)
Does this mean I have a higher neshama? or should I feel privileged?
Does it mean anything?????

Try to live up to it. It can't hurt.
From what I understand, names are potentials. When there is mention of someone who "k'shemo ken hu", he acted out his name in a way that was obvious, but there could have been a different story. What comes to mind is Kilyon- his name which implies entirety shows that he was entirely destroyed, no children. But he possibly could have been Kilyon the forbearer of Moshiach-entirely righteous.
It's an open slate. Make sure to keep the 613, not live a life where you're an embarrassment to the 613.
So says me.

Numbers have kedusha. 613, IMHO, is not necessarily more or less holy than "248" or whatever.
As a Jew, you're holy and have a responsibility to live your life b'kedusha. No matter what your name is. Beyond that, it's not in the possibility of our feeble human minds to know exactly what level we are. We just do our best to listen to the RBS"O. _________________ http://a-natural-birth.com

*joining you*
I think gematriyos are too "cute" (and often too contrived -- "egoz" ≠ "cheit"; in fact, "egoz" = "tov". Yet, all that +1/-1 business) to be used on adults as the reasoning behind anything.
Maybe as a spice, a "hey, isn't this shticky?" bit of a d'var Torah, but ultimately insignificant.
When I see the signs in Yerushalayim that go up every Elul, with how this year's date is equal to different p'sukim (well, if you were to use gematriya katan, and add the number of letters in the sentence, and turn the 6 upside down so it's a 9), or people who use the Bible Codes to "prove" how 9/11 or Rabin's assasination were predicted in the Torah, etc., I'm embarrassed by it.
I could do the Bible Codes with a computer (to look for patterns) and a copy of the complete works of Shakespeare, too. _________________ I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

So what do all of you learned women think of the Baal Haturim?
I agree that there is little value to making up reasoning and trying to connect random gematrias.
But in the realm of Pardes, there were experts who could understand the deeper meanings in Torah based on things like the numerical values because, yes, each os of the aleph bais has a deeper meaning and nothing in lashon hakodesh is "random".

The gematriyos that he is famous for are only a very small selection from his works.

I don't think the Ba'al HaTurim ever used gematriya to pasken, prove or disprove anything. I can't pass judgement on the Ba'al HaTurim, and while I'm sure some gematriyos have a "mesorah" of sorts and do contain sodei haTorah, I find most modern attempts at gematriyos to be superstitious and convoluted.

The same number can have positive, parve and negative connotation. _________________

I heard that gematria's are only valid if said by an authorized source; anyone can theoretically make up a contrived gematria to prove almost anything. _________________ The results of our actions are not up to us or even necessarily a direct consequence of them. if it makes you feel holy, then go with it.
one of my kids weighed 6lb13 oz at birth and it was ridiculous how my mother went on and on about how holy he must be. I'm sure my ds IS holy, just as all my children are. if you want to interpret this as an indication of your kidusha, ok.
gematria can be used like horoscopes, can tell you whatever you want to hear.
