| Have the room ready before I arrive. When I get there the beds should already be made and the room should be totally ready for me.

have a garbage can, mirror & clock (preferable glow in the dark) in the room.
some ppl put water & cups &/or something to eat in the room, as well as little containers of toiletries (like mouthwash, band aids.....) in the room.
tell them about any quirks, like you have to flush hard....
