If you have a quick easy delicious recipe to make garlic knots will you please share with me.
I know it needs a bread dough but I'm looking for a good quick easy recipe to use.

This bread recipe from Liba is yummy.

After it has risen, roll into mini ropes and knot. Let rise 30 more min. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Meantime, combine olive oil, crushed garlic, and salt to taste. Place in a kitchen bag.
Toss warm baked knots in bag of garlic.

| I made a pizza dough in my bread machine. then combined butter/olive oil garlic and parsley and brush onto snakes of dough, tie in knot, let rise and bake.

| Most recipes I've found seem to say serve right away. Has anyone made them a day before they needed them? Any tips?

| You can underbake the knots by just a bit at 350. Store well. Heat through before ready to serve. Only then toss with garlic mixture.

I wrapped well and froze and just let them defrost.
