| I have a cleaning lady who started working by me recently. She works by me for one day, every other week, and today will only be her 4th time coming to me. I'm trying to figure out what to give her for a holiday gift. I know that the standard is a week's salary, but she's only been by me a few times so do I have to give money, or can I just give a small gift? I don't want to insult her, but I'm not sure that I'm going to be keeping her in the end anyway. (Money is very tight which is why we only have her every other week in the first place.) Thanks for advice.

| A gift card is always appropriate. Target, American Express- I'm sure she would appreciative it.
