PB Version:
cake and topping is the same.
Instead of mint icing:
3 T. marg
2 T. soy milk/non dairy creamer
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter

Mix together and spread over brownie.

Made two of these today. Have to freeze them before I cut into one!

I make it with these brownies all the time and it's perfect! No need for the chocolate syrup.

nobody ever answered my question why the mint extract is never put into the brownie dough itself. Anyone know if it would taste good?

bashinda, on someone's advice last week I made a regular brownie and added one teaspoon of mint extract and some chocolate chips. The guests couldn't get enough of it!

I know this post is really old but do the brownies work without chocolate chips and just the mint extract? I'm also planning on making chocolate chip cookies for a Chanukah party and didn't want it to be too similar

I had brownies with mint - no choco chips - this Shabbos and the guests loved them. Easy and good Smile
