This isn't my cleaning lady, someone asked me to post this question for them.

She has a cleaning lady who originates from Romania, She had a heart to heart talk with her today, she has tons of feelings for yiddishkeit, and this isn't something new but something she's been researching for a long time, since she was a teenager. She is a Christian and claims to have searched through all religions in the search for truth. She has done lots of research on yiddishkeit and this speaks to her. Her grandfather died lately and she said when he was buried she felt so what does he have now? Is their something after death? Through her research she saw how we believe in life after death and that makes her want to become a yid even more.
She says her maternal grandmother was adopted before or after the war, she isn't sure and know very little info at all.
This women is married to a christian and her family is all christian so she says she hasn't spoken a word about this to anyone as this would upset them all.

So this person is unsure how to go about this, she is not the right person to guide her and yet doesn't know who to send her to or to dissuade her as we are supposed to for non-jews. She is also looking for a website or books that are true as the cleaning lady says she has done a lot of research online and has found so many Jewish sites which write some horrible stuff that she is sure is not what true Judaism is about.

So does anyone have any ideas of websites or people whom she can send her to?

Why not send her to a rav? Too intimidating?

I would leave well alone if she is married to a Xian - let her sort it out for herself without your friend's well-meaning help. What is she going to do? Get divorced? Why does she have to get into this big can of worms?

I would tell her that its a huge responsibility and very demanding, as a dissuasion. I would tell her about the 7 mitzvos bnei noah and explain that she can have a part in yiddishkeit without joining by following these guidelines.

I think that would be a good start. If and when her husband is totally aboard with keeping the 7 mitzvot, then they can discuss Judaism together and see where it goes.

I second (third?) telling her to keep 7 mitzvos. Also, why don't you send her to Aish?

What does the fact that she's a cleaning lady have to do with it?
