Anyone know a good frozen dessert (such as in a graham cracker crust) that does NOT contain raw eggs or peanut butter? THanks

I'm not sure if you are asking for all egg free ingredients or you just don't want the raw egg thing...but here is a great easy recipe!

Cookies n' Cream Pie:
1 Graham Cracker Crust
2 rows of Oreo cookies (or similar type)
2 small rich's whip thawed (not whipped)

crush up cookies into small pieces, but not down to a powder. Pour into crust. Pour thawed riches whip over the cookies and freeze!! No mixing, no whipping! So easy and yum!

Parve Ice Cream Pie:
Buy Parve Ice cream or Soy Ice cream (Toffuti or SOY companies are best) of your favorite flavor. Thaw the ice cream and pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze! Yum! (you can mix two flavors that go together too.

Got this recipe on facebook and will be making it this shabbat.

carvel ice cream cake recipie!

Crumbs:
duncan heinz chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine (soft)
1/2 c sugar
mix all together with a fork, or you fingers to mak crumbs
bake for 20 min on 350, then crumble with a fork (will resemble dry mud) and let cool

vanilla ice cream:
16 oz rich's whip
1 cup coffee rich
1 vanilla pudding mix
whip the whip 1st, then fold in the DRY pudding mix powder.
mix together and when you are ready to assemble, mix the coffee rich

chocolate ice cream:
16 oz rich's whip
1 cup coffee rich
1 chocolate pudding mix
whip the whip 1st, then fold in the DRY pudding mix powder.
mix together and when you are ready to assemble, mix the coffee rich

layer:
crumbs
vanilla
crumbs
chocolate
crumbs

Make the crumb mixtue first, and let cool
make the vanilla whip and the chocolate whip.
get all your pans ready and layer in the crumbs in all the pans.
then add the coffee rich to ONE flavor and mix it together
layer the mixture in the pans and cover wih crumbs.
mix the other flavor with the coffee rich, and divide it in the pans, and cover with crumbs.
freeze 6-8 hrs or overnight

if you mix the whip with the coffee rich beore you are ready to use it, it starts to melt and separate and it will turn the ice cream icy when it freezes. so you MUST do one flavor at a time!

makes 3 large loaf pans, or any other size you'd like!

I've done saweetie's cookies n cream pie with a chocolate graham cracker crust and about 13 chocolate sandwich cookies.

Yummy2's Cappuchino Crunch
-2 graham cracker crusts
-5 cups coffee ice cream, partially thawed

crunch
-1/4 cup ground almonds
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup flour
-1/2 stick margarine (1/4 cup)

chocolate fudge
-1/2 stick margerine
-1/2 cup topping
-1/2 cup cocoa
-1/2 cup sugar

-canned whip

Spread the partially thawed ice cream into the graham cracker crusts. Place in freezer to harden.

Combine the margarine, topping, cocoa, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. Pour over ice cream in crusts. Refreeze.

Combine the almonds, brown sugar, flour, and margarine to form crumbs. (If you like a crunchy topping, spread out on a cookie sheet and bake uncovered in oven preheated to 350 for 10 min.) Sprinkle over pies. (In a pinch, you can use ready made Baker's Choice crunch.)

Garnish with swirls of whipped topping from the can.

Ra_mom, I think this is another recipe, although I realy dont recall this one.
The praline pie calls for praline, tastes like peanut butter thogh, so if you're avoiding pb due to taste, praline may not be the solution, however if it's for allergies, hope you like it.

You can make any crunch you like.
You can do a rice crispy/chocolate crunch instead.

The above recipe is your Cappuchino Crunch recipe simplified Smile
By mistake I titled the recipe Praline Pie. I edited.

Here is a really easy and pretty looking one:

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 container Rich's Whip, whipped
One can of fruit filling/topping (strawberry or blueberry)

Mix the rich's whip (already whipped) with the fruit filling, pour in graham cracker pie and shell and freeze. Optional: Garnish top with fruit right before serving.

Enjoy
