| Are the recipes interchangable?? What's the difference between brisket and chuck eye roast?

I use the recipes interchangeably. They are though totally different cuts of meat. Brisket (assuming it is first cut at least) is much leaner. But I use the same kids of sauces for both and cook them the same way.
