ISO: Cheese Blintzes Filling

I have a good recipe for the crepes but I don't like the filling.

Anyone know how to make the cheese filling similar to Tuv Taam frozen or Mendelsohns???

for every half a pound of farmer cheese put a half 7oz cup sugar, 2 tbs sour cream, and 1 tsp v sugar mix together.

This one is my favorite (it yeilds alot)
1 lb. farmer cheese
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
sm. sour cream
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. confection sugar
3 tsp. vanilla sugar

These look good. I'll try them. I guess it was the cream cheese that I was missing.
