I have about 4 lbs of carrots that I'm scared will go bad before RH.
can I freeze tzimmes?

| I fit hasn't gone bad yet I doubt it'll go bad in another week. Try keeping it in the fridge, it'll last longer.

I just froze tzimmis this wk & have done so in the past. no problem.
just double wrap & place frozen right into oven to defrost.

we like it enough to have on pesach, too. of course the recipe is slightly different.
I make a lot at once and freeze, ether in a foil pan or in a pot; when it's frozen I pop it into a bag.
