I have soft white cheese sitting in my fridge and have no idea what to make with it.

What kind of cheese is it?
I like to use ricotta cheese for lasagna or spinach ricotta pie.

Soft cheese, as in the soft spreadable Israel cheese that comes in the containers?
I have a very low fat cheesecake recipe using that.

Im not really sure what it is lol. Its nor ricotta nor israeli. Im in london the company is Chevingtons and its called medium fat soft cheese. Its in a bag.

Yupp, exactly. | You can use it for cheesecake.
Or season with garlic and herbs and use as a spread/dip.
Season with sugar and use as cream for strawberries and cream.

| Add unsweetened cocoa powder and Splenda to taste. I like it on the chocolaty side - sooooo good!
