Capital Gas Range GCR304

anyone have this range. I got a really good deal on it. The specs look good but I cant find reviews on it anywhere on the net.
I'm also looking at a Wolf R304, a Viking VGSC and a DCS. This Capital range I can get for over $1000 less cuz they have only one more in stock and the new model is already in (I dont mind last years model, after all I plan to keep in for years and by next year it'll not be the current model anyways)

Those are all high end ranges. You might want to check a place where appliance geeks hang out like Chowhound or Gardenweb for more information. Be sure to pay attention to customer service issues.

High performance ranges are great for cooking but do have their share of problems and can be expensive to repair. Also, how are the ranges you're looking at for Shabbos and yontef use?

One biggie to consider is the "shabbos" YT mode!

I dont know if the capital can be used on YT. I checked with the capital culinarian ::drool::: and you cant use it on YT.

I went with the GE monogram because of the shabbat mode - but other I know went with wolf because its a better oven.

I dont know how it works yet as the renovation is not done yet :::sigh
