Please daven for my grandmother, Fruma Malka bas Penina(?) (I am trying to confirm her mothers name, but we believe this was it)

ETA: She was Fruma Malka bas Penina, but her mother was known more commonly (and on her gravestone) as Perel so, pelase davel for Fruma Malka bas Perel

She is 93 years old, and fading fast. She was taken to the Er yesterday, and while she is back home, she needs full time care. She has dementia and depression and paranoia. She thinks her food and meds are being poisoned and refuses to eat or take her meds, so she is loosing weight. She says she wants to die.

She is my last grandparent. Im not ready to lose her yet

She back in the ER again today. She blacked out in the dining room of her Independent Living Home. No idea yet why she blacked out or what will happen next.
