| My dd is in a backyard camp. The 2 head counselors are great and have been there all summer. They have different assistants for 1st and 2nd half, and I don't even know their names - there's no newsletter, and I deal with the two heads. I have no problem tipping the two heads, but the assistants are different - the first group left, and I didn't even know until the next week! WWYD?
