Peach crumble?

I also like baked peach. My recipe is halve and de-stone peaches, make a slightly bigger dent in the center where the stone was. Fill with small ball of marzipan and bake/broil till marzipan turns golden. Drizzle with amaretto.

Or plain peach melba? Peel skins off peaches, cut into slices/small bites. Drizzle raspberry sauce.

I made peach pie last week and posted the recipe here. I also have a good peach crumble recipe here, and a salad with fresh peaches.

Here is a recipe from Efrat Libfroind that is really easy (yes it is ) and delicious "pecan peach crumble with ice cream"

Crumble Mixture
200 gram/s Margarine Softened Cut Into Cubes
200 gram/s Light Brown Sugar
2 cup/s Flour
1 teaspoon/s Baking Powder
1 cup/s Pecans Roasted And Chopped
Peaches
10 Large Peaches Cut Into Large Cubes
50 gram/s Margarine
1/2 cup/s Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon/s Lemon Juice
1 shake Cinnamon

Preparation
Crumble: Crumble all the ingredients together with you fingers. Put in the refrigerator.
Peaches: Melt margarine and add the peaches. Cook for about 2 minutes mixing constantly. Add the light brown sugar and lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes. Spread the peaches in a round pan (26 cm) or in individual ramekins. Put the crumbs on top. bake at 190C for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Marinate peaches in a couple tablespoons of canola oil, cinnamon, and rosemary leaves. Leave them 20 minutes, then grill. Serve with vanilla ice cream. OR sprinkle lightly with brown sugar after marinating and stick under the broiler for 3 minutes.

try this great peach cake, works well with nectarines too!

or you could slice or chop them and freeze them for future use, smoothies, in the winter when peaches are not in season. or blend them with some soy or almond milk and freeze in little cups for peach popsicles.
