Ally bank or Ing direct for savings?

any experience with these banks? advantages, disadvantages of each?

I had both and was very happy with them. first I had ing, but then ally had a better rate, so switched.I remember ing had gr8 customer service, when you called, no waiting or prompts, person picks up and says how can I help u save ur money?

so now you have an acct with ally? for how long? and you say your'e happy with them? how's their CS?

I use ING DIRECT and they are so helpful, they answer ur calls and are very pleasent. they are also constantly having bonuses, like free $50 for this or that. Their rates are very high too!

we are very happy with ING. Nice interface too, easy to use.

Where are the high rates with ING? I go on the website and only see 1% for CDs or savings account. Is 1% considered high?

I use ing and am happy with them. It's easy to transfer money from one account to another. Their service was also really great. I went according to the rates at the time and ing was the highest I heard about. Can't remember if I looked into ally at all back then.

I noticed that Capital One has 1.14% rate. Anyone used them?
