Attention Translators!!

If any of you are professional translators, I would appreciate your advice!!

As the only employee at my work place with mother tongue English, I have been asked by a colleague to translate a presentation for an English speaking audience and our boss will pay me extra for the work. I have no idea how much to charge for this kind of service which involves translating about 15 slides, each containing 1-2 paragraphs.

Here are the ITA recommended translation rates. I can't tell you whether that's what you should charge - a PP file should cost more (more time spent messing around with layout), but if this is your first time translating, you can't expect to charge what an experienced professional translator does.
