Any ideas of age - appropriate craft projects or recipes that boys ages 3-5 would enjoy? I plan to do two groups 3-4 and 4-5's thanks

I did this for a year for 4 yo boys and it was kind of tough to always have s/t to do but here's some of what we did.
The first week I bought inexpensive men's undershirts and fabric paint. These would be their "aprons" for the year and the activity was decorating them.
We made cookies with cookie cutters, challah, funnel cakes, cupcakes and decorated them, ice cream party, rice crispie treats, lollypops, popsicle sticks crafts.
I also had a couple of children's cookbooks to get ideas from.
Good luck!

Rice Krispies treats. You can shape them in the shape of luchot haBrit and decorate accordingly.

Non-bake chocolate balls.

Decorate your own pizza - my friend did this and she made the dough beforehand. The boys shaped their mini personal pies and while they were baking, they decorated pizza boxes. Then they got to spread the sauce and put toppings and cheese on it.

You can also do ice cream cupcakes - bake cake in ice cream cones with flat bottoms and let them spread on cream and spinkles after.

Decorate your own cupcakes or cookies - put out frosting, sprinkles, different shape flake sprinkles, shredded coconut, chopped nuts (assumign there are no allergies and the kids are old enough), chocolate syrup, etc.

You can also do dipping things in choclate - cookies, fruits, pretzels, etc. and roll in different toppings.

My boys age 3 and 5 (and I have done it with boys age up to 9) love to make all shapes of cookies with cookie cutters. I have lots of shapes and sizes, letters, men, flowers, etc, or they get creative and make their own. Also I sometimes give them jam, chocolate chips, sprinkles, butterscotch chips, chocolate spread, etc - NOT all at one time - and they love it.

Build your own ice cream sundae.
Build your own omelet.
Fry shnitzel fingers.
Create layered sandwiches, cut in strips.
