| Looking for healthier versions of cookies, cakes, and muffins. Last week I made cookies with WW flour, oats, wheat germ, apple juice concentrate as sweetener, baking powder, 1 egg, olive oil, raisins, and chocolate chips. (I don't have recipe with me now; I can post it later.) I'm looking for similar recipes, specifically with NO MARGARINE, whole wheat flour, and no sugar OR chemical substitutes. Can use fruit juice, applesauce, agave nectar, or stevia instead. Suggestions???

| I have many healthy recipes here BUT I use sugar b/c the fake sugar thing is a gas attack.

| Check out weelicious.com, a site geared to wards cooking for kids. She has great muffin and cookie recipes, all healthier.
