lately I go to sleep late, oh who am I kidding....im a night owl on a daily basis. when midnight strolls along I get really hungry yet I know better than raiding the "mezonos" closet or the freezer where I desperately try to hide the ice creams.
any suggestions for a tasty low calorie midnight snack? (besides water Laughing )

cut up melon (tastes better to me than just plain fruit)

cereal with milk (a healthier one with skim milk)

fresh popped popcorn

Besides for those ideal suggestions, you can eat nuts, dried fruit.
These make you feel satisfied and aren't too heavy or unhealthy.
