OMG I just can see where this is headed and I'm really liking it a lot. I'm thinking it's going to blow up in the protagonist's face pretty soon and I'm already mortified for her. It's interesting when Binah ran a story about compulsive lying, we got a ridiculous amount of response from ppl who were survivors or had suffered from having a relative/friend who was a compulsive liar. Whatever the case, it's a dark side that isn't often addressed.....

I once read a novel like this, about a DIL whose MIL misunderstood her. But yes, I also think I see where it's heading! I wonder if I'm right! Wink

just chatted with a friend and she said at first she thought it was going to be about lying but now she thinks it might be about insecurity and all diff things it leads to. She feels this chapter it was the lying but G-d knows what next chapter might bring. she thinks I'm misunderstanding the plot. Time will tell. Either way this seems to be new terrain for Hamodia and it's a good thing cuz This is America was one amazing act tough to follow
