Can anyone name a baby gift that they really liked? Either something you bought for your baby or that someone bought for you? I am looking to spend about $25 for a baby present. Thanks!

A skip-hop diaper changing station (like a diaper bag but smaller. I keep it in the car and take it with me everywhere. Extremely useful)

I make pearl bracelets as keepsake gifts I buy the beads and stretchie cord and voila!

I also love giving and getting robeez booties.

a blankie or towel with the baby's name is always a huge hit Very Happy

I got a couple of baby books from Lamaze and Manhattan Toy Company that the baby liked listening to even when he was only 6 weeks old.

Also, as a mom of a half-year-old, I think it would have been kind of nice to get something that would be useful later down the line. You get all these darling newborn gifts and then the baby starts growing and you suddenly need to do your own shopping again Wink

Clothes are a little tricky because you never know what size they'll need in which season, but things like toys that will be appropriate when the baby gets older/more sophisticated...

I loved all the people who gave me clothes size 3T and up!
The best gift was from a friend but she spent much more than $25. She gave me a whole layette: a diaper bag stuffed full of 100% cotton onesies with matching bibs, receiving blankets and a few other things I don't recall.
