I just saw this in the book store anyone ever read it or heard of it? Is it good, worth the buy?
Its called scream free parenting, an orange book, not sure who wrote it.

| I borrowed this book from a friend who stated it was good. I only read a bit of it. So far, he seems to say that parents need to be more relaxed, through more 'mommy time' or 'me time' in order to be better parents. I'm not sure what else he says or how good it is first hand.
