| I am making pasta and pesto and want to put cutlets with it but I never make cutlets and don't know how to cook them. I don't want to grill as its only a couple of cutlets. Any ideas?

| I make a chicken salad with chicken cutlets, peso and lettuce. I boil cutlets with a bit of white cooking wine. Then I shred them and mix with pesto to marinate. Then I mix them with lettuce.

You can either poach the cutlets in some chicken broth.
Or "grill" them in a regular lightly greased frying pan.
