I am planning a kiddush in OOT and I am putting up quite a few guests at my friends houses. I am putting together a little package to include a schedule. Do you any of you have a schedule already written up that I can use as a base - instead of starting from scratch? What type of things should I include on the schedule besides the info (time & location) about lighting, daving, kiddush, meals, havdalah. Also the addresses of where everyone is staying.

Also what should I be putting in the bag besides for the following:
-Map of area
-Schedule
-2 Water bottles
-2 Tea Lights & candle sticks
-Not sure if want to include cookies (not sure if the hostesses would appreciate the guests eating cookies in the room).

Any other ideas.
Thanks in advance.

Or lighting in the room. I'm not saying don't put the lights, but make it known that they should ask where to light. I don't know from experience, only from imamother Wink .

OP here - I wouldn't have thought of that. I would have assumed if people wanted to light where they were sleeping that they would ask the hostess where to light.

I was considering putting on the schedule the time for candle lighting and the location as my house.

Sked: lighting, davening, kiddush, meals and havdalah pretty much sums it up, don't you think? Unless you want to add times for Pirchei and Bnos if there is one for people bringing children of appropriate age. Maybe shiurim for men and women, but if you're having a simcha, aren't you pretty much expecting people to be at the simcha? You don't want to clutter up your schedule and confuse people with TMI. If you list shiurim, guests may assume that's part of the simcha.

We've gotten little organza bags with nuts and chocolate which was nice to nosh on and also reading material like the Yated or Mishpacha...

One thing that was suggested to me was to always include the address and phone number of the Mikvas (both women's and men's).
