What can I make with polenta?

I have some polenta and wanted to know if anyone knew of any good recipes?

cook it in milk and serve with tomato sauce and shreded cheese or parmesan
use it instead of bread crumbs for fruing fuish or chiken. it will stay yellow and crunchy

Fry or grill some sausages and use the polenta as a side dish...they go very good together...
Or, cut the polenta in slices and layer it in a oven tray with mozzarella or other cheese, and cook in the oven until well melted...yum...

Dh makes a yummy supper with polenta. He cooks it on the stove, then spreads it in a pan and bakes it so it becomes firmer. In the meantime, he sautes veggies (spinach and garlic, mushrooms and onions, peppers) to put on top. It's delicious! We had something like this once in a vegetarian restaurant out in California and enjoyed it so much that we tried to duplicate it. Although they cut the polenta into circles and probably fried it.

Cook in the stove and then bake with meat sauce mix in and on top, or just mix after is cooked, it is delicious, it was one of my favorite foods growing up.
My mother also made it sweet like farina, cook with milk and sugar, in my family it was called "momeligue".
And my neighbor who was like my Bobby fried the cold polenta shaped like patties or polenta latkes, yummm makes want to make some right now.
I grew up in Argentina and it is common, cheap, fast, versatile and nutritious food.
Funny someone found it in a restaurant because in Argentina is like the kind of food you never find in restaurants, but what is exotic in one place is everyday fare in another.

Reprising this: I bought polenta at Trader Joe's and would love a good recipe, milchig or fl. With measurements, times, etc. if possible. Thanks!
