I clicked on it because a nice piece popped up on their ad on imamother. I looked through the site and found a nicer peice that I would order but then I checked the sites reviews and many did not have good experiences, especially with customer service. Has anyone here purchased, and was the stuff nice, did you get your $ back easily if you weren't happy? ect.

| My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet which looked great online but when I received it I did not like the quality of the bracelet. So I called ice.com and they give me a full refund and I was very satisfied with their customer service.

| They have 95000 fans on FB so I would imagine ppl like their stuff,customer service etc... BTW company is owned by Heimish ppl

| I have. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with the merchandise. They are owned by a very honest frum family.
