ISO Grilled Steak with Sauce recipe

my dh loves grilled steak (fillet, rib eye, etc) and I usually just rub it with fresh black pepper and salt and grill. Hes getting bored of that. I made a shallot sauce once but wasnt too impressed with it. Anyone have any good rubs and/or sauces for grilled steak?

do a search for barbecue sauce on here, there is one I know of.

I marinate the steak in teriyaki sauce, oil, salt & garlic powder. I don't have exact amounts I just pour. It's easy & great.

I used to do this sauce which is also great.
2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Chrain
2/3 c. ketcup
6 tbs. vinegar
1/4 stick margarine
Melt in pot
