| Did anyone try using cooked chicken (from soup) in a Chicken lo-mein dish?

Yes, shanie5 did. I can't seem to find the thread she posted on, but she said it was good.
Not sure if it was soup chicken. You can PM her. _________________ Really Awesome Mom!

| I often recycle cooked chicken or steaks/roasts in lo-mein or pepper steak type recipes. Cut up and add the chicken when the rest of the dish is pretty much finished cooking, and keep it on fire/in stove until chicken is heated through. If you mix it in too early, it turns to mush (doesn't affect taste, but texture and look aren't as nice).

I made it last night. Yummy!
The chicken did turn mushy, thanks for the tip.
